John Kell OAM Memorial Rifle Range is a true Aussie bush experience. A range that has history reaching back to early 1900’s and saw use as a training ground for the AIF and the 2nd AIF. Today it is much as it was…one of the last of the bush ranges. Shooting at Hill End is an experience that is difficult to describe, but once experienced is difficult to forget. So unique….it is difficult to replicate.
A corrugated iron hut and lean-to that is used as a communal gathering point, home to the camp fire, notice board and a selection of tables and chairs that are used for Saturday night communal dinners.

Multiple camping sites are situated around the hut and in the neighbouring bush. Fires are allowed, use fire safety, in summer restrictions are to be observed.
